Kelly Crow is a 15 year veteran of the cash flow industry. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in International Economics, Kelly began his career in 1984 as a real estate investor/ rehabber. After accumulating a small portfolio of owner financed mortgages, an idea was formed. Instead of spending valuable time buying houses only to end up with a seller financed mortgage, why not just "buy mortgages" instead? At the forefront of what was to eventually be called the private mortgage - cash flow industry, there were no instructions on how to succeed. Through hard work, trial and error, Kelly was able to bring liquidity to an otherwise illiquid product.
